He graduated from the Department of Architecture, School of Science and Engineering, Waseda University. After working at an office design firm, he studied at a graduate school in the United States to earn a master's degree in facility management (FM). After returning to Japan, he joined Morgan Stanley Group Co., Ltd., and has since gained over 25 years of practical experience in general affairs and facility management (FM) work, primarily at large corporations such as Goldman Sachs Japan, Merrill Lynch Japan Securities Co., Ltd., Johnson Controls (USA), and Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. He also has extensive experience in a wide range of consulting and outsourcing roles, from start-ups to well-known large corporations. His many years of contributions to the general affairs and facility management industry have earned him the title of new leader in general affairs and facility management.
